Day Three

Site Visits, Closing, Awards and Gala

Day Three is the day of proof.

Investors verify opportunities on the ground, commitments are documented, the exhibition completes its final trading day, and the Expo closes with a celebration of Africa's builders, investors and changemakers.

07:30 to 13:00

Deal Room Investor Site Visits. Investors registered in the deal rooms depart for guided visits with project sponsors, government facilitators and advisers.

  • Real Estate: Flora ApartHotel Project site in Zanzibar.
  • Agriculture and Mining: project sites or partner facilities, with logistics confirmed for registered investors, and immersive virtual site walkthroughs where travel to the Mainland is not feasible on the day.
09:00 to 15:00

The Africa Marketplace, Final Trading Day with deal follow ups and buyer meetings.

09:30 to 12:30

Themed Business Lounge Closing Roundtables and bilateral meetings for delegates not on site visits.

    Lunch for returning site visit delegations.

  2. 14:00 to 15:30

    Deal Room Commitment Session. Expressions of interest, letters of intent, term sheets and agreements signed and logged with Access Bank.

  3. 15:30 to 17:00

    Delegate Break and preparation for the evening.

  4. 17:00

    Red Carpet and Delegate Arrival. VIP arrivals, media engagements and networking.

    African Welcome Experience.

Site Visits: Seeing Is Believing

Investors commit when they have seen the land, the building, the licence area, the people and the plan. Site visits are limited to verified deal room investors, carefully managed for safety and confidentiality, and designed to answer the final questions that stand between interest and commitment. Delegates return to the venue for the afternoon Commitment Session, where the results are recorded.
